We calculate shipping costs abroad based on shipping weight:
Europe / EU:
up to 5 kg = 17.00 €
over 5 kg up to 10 kg = 25.00 €
over 10 to 15 kg = 30.00 €
over 15 kg = 1€ per additional kg
Worldwide:
up to 5 kg = 44.00 €
over 5 kg = 8 € per additional kg

Provision of digital content:
There are no shipping costs for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).

This email containing access data for providing the digital content will be sent within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Digital content is provided to you in your customer account.
The goods will be made available within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
You will also be informed about the availability by email.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within Germany within 3 - 5 working days, and for deliveries abroad within 7 - 28 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in one shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
The minimum order value is: 30 €.

Payment by invoice is possible from the second order onwards .
If paying by invoice, the invoice amount must be paid within 7 days.
When paying by SEPA direct debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate.
You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available in your account by the announced date.
When paying by credit card Your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
