Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ( BEAU Ē TAL UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG, Maximilianstraße 2, 80539 Munich, telephone number: +49892050085718 , email address: shop@beauetal.com ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
If you have requested that the services for which the contract provides for payment of a price should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us an appropriate amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Grounds for exclusion or expiration
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities if the contract stipulates a specific date or period for the provision.
In the case of a contract for the provision of services which obliges the consumer to pay a price, the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the service if the consumer has expressly agreed, before the start of the service, that the trader may start providing the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed his knowledge that his right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract by the trader.
